A vegan revolution is storming up in Thailand. Host Richie Kul learns about the explosion in plant-based meats, and tastes the popular, delicious crispy pork bites. He learns from chef Sarita the rich ingredients of a roast chili paste and visits a vegan resort, learning how to cook some infamous Thai dishes. Richie gets up close with elephants and enjoys the vegan food offered to thousands of volunteers and visitors.
