Churros
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Wheat flour
1 1/5 Cup water
1 spoon Salt
3/4 Cup sugar
2L vegetable oil
Method
Heat the water with salt in a pot over high heat
Place the wheat flour in a bowl
Once the water boils remove it from heat
Add the water slowly to the flour
Using a spatula, wrap the flour with the water without allowing it to integrate too much.
Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat the oil over high heat until it reaches a temperature of 200°c.
Using a sleeve with a pipping add the dough and remove the excess air.
Shape strips of churros over the oil and fry for 3 minutes, pouring oil on top with the help of a spoon.
Remove the churros with the help of a pair of tweezers and place them on absorbent paper.
Using a spoon, sprinkle the sugar over the churros
Serve with the dip of your choice.
CHOCOLATE DIP
INGREDIENTS
1 Cup Chocolate chips
3/4 Cup Whipping cream
1 Cup White sugar
3 spoons Cream cheese
Method
Break the chocolate in a glass bowl and melt it in a water bath.
Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Add the sugar to the cheese and move until the ingredients are integrated.
Add the melted chocolate to the cheese mixture.
Whip cold cream until foamy.
Mix all the ingredients until they are integrated in a bowl.
Let cool for 5 minutes.
