S’mores
INGREDIENTS
3-4 Cup All Purpose Flour
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup White Sugar 110g
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4-1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
9 tsp Aquafaba
1 tsp Molasses
1-2 tsp Vanilla Extract
250g Dairy Free Butter
Addition of these are by preference:
1-2 packs Vego Buttons
1/2-1 bag Dandies Marshmallows

Method
Preheat the oven at 175 Degrees Celsius. Cream butter, sugars, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, aquafaba and molasses together until the sugar granules have combined well with the wet ingredients. Do not over beat, just cream until combined.
Sieve your flour and add to the wet mix. Fold it until combined well.
Using your pan, place a little more than half of your cookie dough to cover the base and bottom edges of the pan.
Add in your desired amount of mallows and chocolate evenly across the pan.
With the remaining cookie dough, flatten bits of it and plaster on top of the chocolate marshmallow centre to create the s’mores effect pre-bake.
Pop in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes in the oven, put the heat up to 180 Degrees Celsius and bake for another 15 minutes.
Allow to cool for at least 15-25minutes before cutting into and eating ✨
